As boki said, before a new install rename your save folder and back up your user pois, clear cache and data and uninstall iGO in the app manager.
Reboot your device.
During installation a new save folder will be made.
Let us know if it works.
I have to say that the traffic sever was down for 15 min or so this morning here, I suppose because of the heavy traffic in The Netherlands.
That can happen somtimes.

thank you BIBUOT for your help but i took iGO_NextGen_9.18.27.687519_SD_VR.apk from modemakias which is perfect for me.
VR, meteo and TMC are oK on my galaxy S9+

Hi, it was working last year on S9 Android 9.
It is not working this year on the same S9/A-9 and not on Note 10 with A-10.
I am using the application not very frequently so I can't say when it stopped.
Which ux ist the correct one?
Can you pls. provide the link so I can check your advise.

Hello... @tadekp

by default the weather does not supported from Basar.
but with an trick can work ... copy some files from another version iGO.
extract this in the "root" of your save folder.
do two - three restarts the Basar and the weather will works.

I use Nextgen version from post #45
I read the discussion about the new Nextgen Luna and there are posts about two different traffic, traffic lite and traffic pro.
I asked myself witch traffic version is used with nextgen from post #45 ?
