Yes Boki_Srb, I found a few you mentioned but I was only trying to find out how it works, TMC, traffic info, FM radio ? What's the relation between them ? Etc.

Small additional information:

In some regions the news " tmc " (RDS-TMC but also GPRS), are relayed by the company " Decell ",
which is a platform for retrieval and redistribution of information " tmc " in many countries and working in partnership with companies such as IGO, Garmin and many others.
For these reasons, it is quite possible to have local, regional, national and international "tmc" information in one place. But only in a radius of about 220 km!
