Igo primo

I bought a car stereo of ebay no brand with igo gps in it when I tried to update the maps they said they would not update them because it was a hacked version well know it stopped working completely when I hit navigation it show the file path its looking for when I put the sd card in my computer the folder for igo was empty do I need to download the software or just the mas if so what maps do I need the igo seems to be working I can go into setting and everything It just wont run keeps looking for the file that's not their the file I think it was looking for was primo.exe their was no files on the sd car just an empty directory.
