NG problems with "Pie" (Android v.9.0)

Mr. Boki_Srb, in post # 1 you write that one of your phones is SONY. Do you have a version of iGO installed on your SONY, witch it works, after updating, "Pie"?

I'm testing a whole week iGo version, wich writes Mr. modemakias in post # 14, but with the same result ... black screen. I installed

iGO Primo 9.6.29.636868; iGO PAL 9.18.27.719974;
iGO World 9.18.27.736653; iGO Gift 9.18.27.687519
iGO Avic 9.18.28.730391 iGO Tracks4Africa 9.19.2.746397

.... and just a black screen. I'm a little in the end. Mr. Google does not have any ideas. Thank you for your possible message. Thx Monky

it is not possible all apps not to work in SONY - pie...
to me as I write in Nokia 6.1 all apps works...
also the israel (nextgen 9.18.27.687519) probably i forgot to write in my previous post... #14
can you send me p.m. your full sys ?? thats you use...
maybe can help you....

Latest Basar, latest T4A, old Primo...screenshots in posts are mine.

Totally uninstall all iGO, clear cache, delete device.nng file.
Use clean packages given in OP, put them in internal memory, give proper names, do not touch sys. Let apk generate it.
After installation adapt it.

Hi modemakias and Boki_Srb,

I do not give up anything, and I'm trying again to install, for example, iGO World version 9.18.27.736653.

1) in the internal memory will delete the contents of the iGO_World / SAVE folder
2) rename the installation folder to iGO_World
3) Modify the sys.txt parameter
[folders]
data_folder_name = "iGO_World"
4) copy the data.zip and the UX folder for this iGO version
5) I found the device.nng file and I delete it
6) and install iGO_World_9.18.27.736653.apk

ok...remove yours sys and use this one... as it is...
i found some mistakes and dont like me....

data_folder_name="iGO_World"
linked_root_list="/sdcard2/Android/iGO /sdcard/Android/iGO
double_pixel_mode=1

delete save folder again
clear cache memory again
and try.....

Hi modemakias, thank you for sending the modified "startup" file sys.txt. I tested and modified the parameters in sys.txt all Sunday, but I still have the same result on the black screen.

I think a screen resolution problem in my phone (1920x1080). So I focused on the [rawdisplay] section ... I've tried different combinations of settings, but I am do not new ideas.

I also installed iGO World 9.18.27.736653 without my sys.txt and let iGO create this file ... unfortunately again the same result.

Of course I am going to invent new combinations of sys.txt settings, but my SONY G8142 still rejects iGO Nextgen ...

Same device (Sony Xperia XZ1 compact) with same problem (Post#20) . After update to pie 9 ,iGo_World stopped working but with the Oreo 8 it worked perfectly. Now I installed iGO_Basar and it works with iGO_Basar but is there a solution to the iGo_World problem? Post#20
