I always wondered the same question. How's that NNG received the new map material first? But it seems I only have judge on maps released "underground". In "reality" you have to wait (...) days and more...
But which device and with which license receive new material from 2017? That's a whole mistery...

ux folder is i package file in obb, content folder also

You cannot manage anything from this pack files. When you change something, at new App start new obb files will be downloaded

So many things said here but some questions still remain:
ORIGINAL ANDROID iGO HAS 2015.Q3 Maps
ORIGINAL iOS iGO has 2015.Q3
Questions:
What other application is OFFICIALLY using maps for iGO?
Why and for whom they publish NEW MAPS ALL THE TIME when droid or OS version have old maps?
Which original iGO offers TOMTOM maps for purchase? Mine only offers HERE maps (Europe, iGO WORLD)
As far as I know no official WINCE version exists... It seems that this remains to be mystery..maps keep coming but no official app use them????

I remember a while back Catymag and I were chatting on where they got the maps, she think they hacked NNG server, I think they bought it and downloaded it.
There are many "official" versions on WinCE: Mio, Becker, Zenec...
I think the reason why you can't get "latest" maps from proggy sold at playstore is poor support from NNG for users of Android and iOS. Unlike OEM companies they don't have a lot of pressure against NNG.
