New maps are "published" from posters like X6, arimi, etc... Ask them I remember a while back Catymag and I were chatting on where they got the maps, she think they hacked NNG server, I think they bought it and downloaded it.

There are many "official" versions on WinCE: Mio, Becker, Zenec...

I think the reason why you can't get "latest" maps from proggy sold at playstore is poor support from NNG for users of Android and iOS. Unlike OEM companies they don't have a lot of pressure against NNG.
