    The same to me with huawei phone (mate 10 lite)
    And with (Basar, Avic)!

    No problem!!! With the rest editions!!!

    The problem comes, clear from apk and device and NOT from any
    Skin!!

    The problem solved, temporary if we restart the Device!
    Not the Nextgen! Only...
    It's really very strange behaviour!

    Perhaps it will be, the sys.txt settings inside apk file!
    For gps section!

    Do you think that the sys file which is adjusted for my phone and my software will suit yours???

    frontzosd I had the same problem three times. At the beginning I deleted and installed all again - a very long procedure.

    At the second time, and this is the easiest and best resultion and solutiion:

    Do nothing, install only the iGO application again - and it will rocks again

    Because in fact You don't loose the signal!!!!

    I know what ya mean cause I have had same problems as written above. I have given you one good solution to solve it.
    Moreover, I asked some people who are masters in case of iGO - but unfortunatley nobody was be able to solve that problem.

    And I said, what I saw in my device!


    So!!!!
    2 devices, which lost the signal!

    The first really lost it!!

    And the other gives zero signal!!
    But in fact has perfect signal!!!


    And the only way to solve it..
    Is to reinstall apk in both of the 2 devices!

    We solve the problem with the same way!!!
    This is the point...
    And we start from here!!

    True - iGO needs strong users. As recommended from me - that's the right and easiest way - reinstall the app.
    I have same problems, but it seems, there isn't any solution yet.
    Actually I haven't any informations if the same occurs at other iGO versions. I think it would be helpfully if anybody could give information about.

    I will still keep basarsoft cause the easy handling with 2 different maps and other stuff

    Install and Avic and tell me if you have the same result..

    Its very very strange!!
    I think that the problem comes from device + apk(?)
    Not all Nextgen apks!!
