I forgot to mention that I also have the software you mention in the link above.
Only, by following the indications brought by the link, the navigation does not launch.
The original root structure is very different from the downloaded software

Yes, I saw you downloaded the software, but obviously you didn't follow the procedure carefully .

In the picture you posted, it is obvious that you connected the device or the card to a computer with the Win10 system (System Volume information is created by OS, there are some other possible problems, but I guess you won't find an XP computer easily). I hope you didn't change the file system.

The root structure is not the iGO folder structure.
The picture shows the classic structure of the original internal memory/SD content, most often with Navitel software.

It is clearly indicated in the instructions:

This means that you should have named the downloaded mobile navigator folder to the name of the original folder (eg Mappy), also main exe file.
Of course, first you rename the original folder (to backup or whatever) and move it to PC.

If you still don't understand, post the content inside the original folder.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
