My GPS just started with your "DataFlash" and "Mappy" folders in your "3 nav for gps mappy" folder
I think that my problems came from the fact that I didn't put all the .lyc files present in the packages in the "license" folder.
With my complete ignorance of this universe, it was difficult for me to imagine that licenses for maps from 2009, 2010 or 2013 could be necessary.
