Such grand explanation, but not quite correct. The reason why a "partially cracked" proggy need license is because the crack didn't do the job where it's supposed to; ie: the license and key logic routines. A "fully cracked" proggy by-pass the license logic and compute the key. Whether it need "one" license is moot. If done correctly, it shouldn't. If the content is not encrypted such as lang, voice, etc... then no key is needed/checked. But if it's protected such as map, poi, speedcam, etc... then a correct key is needed to decrypt the content. "Licensing" add ability to check if a particular "feature" is allowed and how long it will be valid. Only when the "code" is not cracked correctly that you really need a license.
