Then it's not fully cracked. But let assume that the version you're using is not fully cracked. The only reason why a map works and another doesn't is
1. Corrupted map (which I assume you already rule that out)
2. Bad license (you said it works for other maps)
3. Incompatible license (this is most likely problem since it causes proggy to crashed)
Your last comment doesn't make sense. License are created so proggy will work regardless if proggy is cracked or not. NNG license (esp .lyc) has "sections" that activate certain capability independently. So let say, .lyc provide FJW for Europe but (for example), the proggy you're using doesn't do FJW, then it could crash* proggy. That's why you shouldn't use .lyc (which was introduced after Primo) on iGO/Primo. Yes, it's possible that a .lyc will not crash iGO/Primo because it doesn't deal with a capability that iGO/Primo doesn't have.
* BTW, crash is better than having proggy running with corruption
