Indeed. Probably the same error occurs also without SD card inserted which means that the backup from the package is not suitable for this unit.
No
That is message from system UI or some other software, not from iGO - No map card.

I've checked the iGo version You posted, but i do non see MobileNavigator folder, the data seem to be copied directly on the root of memory.
If so, the system can't find the path.
This pack is tested on many casca units and it worked perfectly. All files and folders needs to be in the root of the SD, not in any parent folder. But maybe this Casca unit is slightly different regarding file and folder structure..but in this case we can only guess.
I'm sure that in some Caska Nav. work with MobileNavigator folder, therefore User must try also it. Furthermore the data scattered in the sd are a very strange thing. For example in these conditions the TTS does not work.
I agree, but I can assure you that this configuration worked with some units. Check maplaunch.ini file on the root - it doesn't point to any parent dir. In fact in the past, when I helped one user, he posted sreens from his original SD and the structure was exactly the same and it was a surprise for me also. Anyway, PGANKER should test your recommendation also.
@PGANKER
Create a folder Mobilenavigator on your SD and than move all files and folder inside that folder, than try again.
thanks for all of the help and info, it turned out to be either the mikro SD or SD card reader that gave me problems. installed everything an a clean 2gig sd and everything started working without any issues.
