No that lines in my sys.
I have only this:

speedcam_maxdistance_from_road=10
speedcam_enabled=1
speedcam_warning=1
is_spoken=1

I tried with your lines, but no luck. Just beeps sound for camera.
Here is my sys if it helps:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

If you have any other tips, please share
