Problems with TTS and speedcams

Not necessarily a skin problem, likely a voice file with outdated or missing items (perhaps associated with the skin) problem.
Try the attached..set it as your main voice within iGo settings and test everything new.

thanks for the voice. tts by wiman, dont work and in speedcam test the voice says just the camare type no speed limit or distance. however if when in speedcam test i select speedcam voice sc1063 it says speedcam type distance and speed limits., but in russian.

Then you have problems other than the voice file or skin.
I can assure that all functions are vocalized in English with the voice file I posted, but nobody can know what other file or setup issues you may have (wrong iGo version, wrong data.zip, etc).
I would suggest:
1) delete your 'save' folder and start over with the program setup and see if that has any positive outcome, or
2) start completely over with a known working current iGo version, or
3) if your missing functions ever worked, revert back to that setup (skin version, etc)
