I can get into TTS settings but the page is blank. Only the header of the page is visible, but there are no settings like the one I attached picture from the phone.
EDIT: I found the solution! The problem was in the wrong version of Pongo skin. I had an older (the_skin_by_pongo.zip) version that was ~ 12,1Mb in size, and that is the rule of the problem. After replacing that file, everything works fine. I hope this helps someone.

Both TTS files are fully compatible (translated and functional) for all listed skins. Difference is that Voice v2 has config files based on RUS/UKR config voice files, and Voice v4 has config files based on DE/LIT config voice files. I found 1 mistake in dictionary.voice in Voice_Serbian_TTS_v2.200104.zip.

Full package DANICA, with both standard and TTS voice, fully compatible with Luna NextGen. You can choose one or use both.
Lang file is common to both editions.

Hello. I have WinCE navigation with "Toyota iGO Nextgen 9.19.1.665137 Aug 4 2016 WinCE" installed. I read in one of the previous posts that the voice TTS is the same for Android and IGO NextGen. I tried to install the voices posted above but failed. I put the voices in the "content/voice" folder. They are shown in IGO NextGen, but when I try to select them, there is no sound and it is not a possible way to apply them. This is not the case with English voices.
Where did I go wrong?
Do I need some additional TTS engine for WinCE for the Serbian Language?

Yes, a proper TTS engine is always required
