For Poland the best map is TomTom. They were terrible back in 2012-2013 but now are much better. NQ was good few years ago, but lately they deteriorated badly with quality.
The best off-line map of Poland (my opinion) is in 3rd party app called Automapa, or on-line WAZE. Here maps still outperform TomTom's in regards of address database but lack in routing quality.

In my country ( Italy) Tomtom is the best .
But i prefer Here map.

I agree, Tomtom is the best in Italy. However I use also a Tomtom GO (same map) and works much better than IGO. IGO always suggests strange and longer routes in urban areas.

I prefer Here map because when i go in my native country (Ukraine) from Italy the TT map is very poor.
And iGo cannot mix maps in more countries.
