Enable 3790 features on your 3750/60

I downloaded it from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], post #6. I don't know how to check it, but post says it is unlocked.

To anyone who already activated voice option in nuvi 3760. A lot of options are not available. What I have in my nuvi:

Find by Name - This feature is not available for American English
Find by Category - Available
Find Itersection - This feature is not available for United States
Recently Found - Available
Go Home -Available
Find Address - This feature is not available for United States
Find City - This feature is not available for United States
Favorites - Available
Volume - Available

Phone - Available

Yes, voice commands needs 2 kinds of additional files, that are absent on nuvi 3760:
*.srd - these are for nuvi control and commands like volume settings, can be downloaded with WebUpdater.
*.ASR - these files come with maps release and are used for voice search, can be downloaded with MapUpdater.

For Find feature you need in ASR and SRX files from City Navigator North America NT 2012.30. Do you copy its to ASR folder?

find new 34xx features need SID files
Files are stored in 34xx .System/ SID and are traffic trends ,instaSearch , instaAdresses and POIs and FastRouting related

.srd and.ASR go in .System/ASR

Finally I got voice recognition working. Thank's everybody. Now I have question regarding 3D buildings & 3D terrain maps. As far as I understand it is GMAP3D.IMG file. I downloaded unlocked version and placed it in system folder, but got nothing. Do I need to activate something else? What am I doing wrong? Nuvi doesn't have enough space for voice recognition files and 3D map what can I remove from it? I thing I can remove voice files with languages which I don't use from Voice folder. Am I right?

Hi, I am a newbie with Garmin and I'd like to enable 3790 functions my 3760T recently bought in Europe. It's already updated to the newest FW version (4.70). I've some questions regarding the procedure to follow for proper patching and flashing:
0)As initial FW image to patch, may I use the file GUPDATE.GCD present on the .System folder? Or should I download a specific image from garmin website?
1)Does RGN tool v0.84 support 4.70 FW version?
2)RGN shows HWID: 1101 and SW: 4.70 for both boot.bin and fw_all.bin. Should they be maintained as they are?
3)After applying the following message is displayed "US3790 patch applied! Not sure which features will be enabled. It works better with asian firmware". Is the modified FW safe to install?
4)Which is the best procedure to follow to flash the new FW image?

0) yes or yes. You can do both
1) yes
2) yes if they are the ones for your gps
3) definitively 100% safe. The warning is just because more features are enabled on Asian firmware
4) I always use the .rgn flash method using updater.exe. For the .GCD method to work, you hve to change the SW Version or the gps will not flash it. For example, if you have v 4.70, change it to 4.71. If you need more flashing, you can change it to 4.72 or go back to 4.70.

Deep thanks to the genius Turboccc, and Kanopus
For my case i have 3760 with SW 4.70 and i have done
1. patching with RGN result is activating command voice thanks to Turboccc and RGN tool
2. Again modifying file fm_all to replace all 11 counts which were already patched with RGN to B0B0 and got 3d enabled

thanks to Kanopos while my garmin is For MENA

I guess there may exist some region that can enabled both calander and contacts for 3760
Did Turboccc find it or any one if so please can u provided me with Hex Addr and values
