All US/AU etc and early EU 1300 'out of the box' lacked LA, JCV & SLI. You have fw 6.10 so you can flash using acelite's sd method: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (Post #673). If the jcv file you have actually matches the map (i haven't checked) jv will work. Just remember that only some major junctions/exits have jv, not all.

Thanks loaded the Updater for the SD card, it seemed to update as the screen showed....LOADER.....LOADING SOFTWARE. How do I check to see if updated?. Did I need to remove GUPDATE.GCD from system first because I did not. Not yet tried the JCV on simulation but have now noticed the map will not load from SD card GMAPSUPP.IMG . Internal map working OK... Have to go on motorway run later I will report what happens, thanks for your reply
