The big problem is that if i want to search an adress from Romania in Italy it says that " Route calculation error: Not enough memory avaible " but I have at least 500 mb free on internal memory . Any ideas?

Hello, I am very new to this. I would like to use the maps that I can download in my Garmin GPSMAP 421 on SD cards. I have tried using the tutorials, but most assume I know a lot more than I do to begin with. Could someone point me at a Tutorial that will start me from ground zero? I use torrents all the time, that part is not a problem, it's unlocking the maps, then getting them on an SD card that is baffling me. Thanks for your time.

You can have one .img named gmapsupp.img per sd, unlock it with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] , just drag&drop the img in its icon and copy it in sd in a Garmin folder.
    That's all

This list of tutorials is invaluable. I have a situation that is not covered. I have low level formatted my nuvi 200 not fat16 or fat32 but a surface format--- MISTAKE. Now my computer can not see the nuvi200. I have tried RMPrepUSB but it can not see my nuvi. My device manager shows Garmin USB GPS and this shows " This device is working properly." Can I bring my nuvi back to life or do I call my funeral home?[Only registered and activated users can see links. ][Only registered and activated users can see links. ][Only registered and activated users can see links. ][Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I've just download the GARMIN map for fenix here. The files were all *.gmp. The basecamp and mapsource did not recognize this kind of files and I totally have no idea how to install the map into my device. What should I do?

Please post in the thread from where those maps come from, we don't have a cristal ball and here is off topic.
Probably instructions are in maps posts or linked
    Thanks
