You can also update the fw from an sd:Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
1. Rename nuvi2x5W_GCDFile__760.gcd to gupdate.gcd and then put it in a Garmin folder in an otherwise empty sd.
2. Remove any previous gupdate.gcd from your device.
4. Remove from charge if charging, and turn off device.
4. Insert SD.
5. Restart your device and allow it to update normally.
