Hi Avin to Understand this better can i ask you 3 questions.
Lets assume my device (astro 100) from USA and Collar FRom Europe - I have to change the device frequency to match Collar frequency and then apply Patch.
Lets assume my device and collar from USA but i want to use it in europe - i have to apply patch to Device and i can use it in europe.
lets assume My device and collar from Europe and i want to use in USA - Apple patch to Device and i can use it in USA.

Are these correct or not?
