Hi frendens;

Why catches from other countries do not work with alpha 100.
for example alpha 100 us bought tt15 collar sweden why not match both garmin?
What could be the reason why products from different countries do not work with each other?alpha 100 us version but tt15 collar in my hand came from bulgaristan but I could not run

Hi Avin to Understand this better can i ask you 3 questions.
Lets assume my device (astro 100) from USA and Collar FRom Europe - I have to change the device frequency to match Collar frequency and then apply Patch.
Lets assume my device and collar from USA but i want to use it in europe - i have to apply patch to Device and i can use it in europe.
lets assume My device and collar from Europe and i want to use in USA - Apple patch to Device and i can use it in USA.

Are these correct or not?

So You have to apply patch to device for work USA devices in Europe, but I don't know how to change device frequencies. If You have known please write me in private message!
