I think that here will work only kunix advice

p.s.
On nuvi 1300 when we full flash to SG or CHN the same simptom was present with garmindevice.xml, but we repair with clear non vol and flash again FW.
Don't know if procedure in my previous post or in dasil post will work, but he can try and if not work, kunix advice will work 100%.
