On the balance of probability, it seems more likely that the problem is a partial misfunction of the GTM35 - whether that be a hardware failure or due to a previously loaded faulty firmware update. You could try to reload the firmware:
Rename the GCD file to 006B090100.GCD and place it into the nuvi's RemoteSW folder (that's a subfolder in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). If the file is already there, overwrite it after making a copy of the existing one. Then connect the GTM35 to the nuvi to attempt to update it.Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
