How can i know my original region?

If you have backup of your reg 41 before you do this patch to reg 140 than you have easy way for working TMC.

I made a backup of the entire system when I bought my GPS. Can you help me get it back from that?

I just copy all files form my GPS to my computer.

Then you don't have backup of reg41, when you erase this region you will have model number 24xx.
