Dear voyager56, thanks for your response. I tried to connect the unit to the power cord and wait for 1 hour. Tried to turn on, but the unit still not power on.

Is the unit dead?

You must press ON button for at least 10 seconds, or even more.

I did it but still off. Let me try to charge the unit all day using the power cord and will inform by next Monday.
