    Yes, W10 inbuilt formatter will default to FAT32 for cards up to 32GB with exFAT optional. Thereafter it will only offer exFAT for larger cards.
    Either way it wouldn't be my preferred option, if you need FAT32 on larger cards e.g. GPS or cheap phones without exFAT licensing I would use FAT32 Format utility

    Hi

    I did every steps from the first page to my GPSMAP 62s , It patched FW successfully.

    But my GPSMAP 62s is still not booted , it always stuck at Garmin Logo.

    It is also unable to go into pre-boot mode.

    Anyone can help with this issue.
