Not really sure what you're asking there. The keyboard folders for both 34xx and 37xx are available in the direct Garmin links. You only have to follow my post's suggestions to then get the actual folders. If you mean you want the actual folders posted because you don't understand the process, here you go:

May I ask, can I still do this procedure with (I believe is the last) firmware v8.50 for 3490? or better to use the files with alternative method and update via express?
my 3490 is running v5.10
