Here you can download the Japanese FW of nuvi 1365 that will enable routes, filter POI, Google Local Search etc on nuvi 13xx/14xx:

To install (flash) it on your device use RGN Tool:

Unfortunately, the problem of the Japanese FW's is that they are very uncomfortable especially when typing addresses etc. The custom Deluxe FW is much better but as you have seen it is payed.
P.P.: I sawa you have wrote me a PM regarding 1690 FW's. I will recommend not to install them as they stop the nuvi sound.
