Thread: Garmin fleet 790 demo

In order to get any commercial available Garmin maps it work you will need to buy a full version that is unlocked by Garmin.

None of the City maps will work even the ones that are patched will still not work.
That being the gmapprom.img file.

Like NAFANE shows in the screen shot the map is from BBBike.org.
It is a free map like I pointed out in my post.

You can download that map and rename it gmapprom.img and you will see it on the screen.

It is the same layout as and Garmin GPS unit and not .garmin street pilot folder or garmin hydra.
