Problem resolved: there were no POI when standing still and browsing. As soon as driving began they came.
Unfortunately only restaurants, ATMs and gasoline stations....no 7/11, shops, etc....But I think that is just the way the program is :-(
Old Oregon 200 showed everything :-(
