It worked with the map you send me.
I just changed its name for: D3322110A.img

Together with the map, inside the file there are other two files : D3322110A.unl and D3322110A.gma.
I have used the free Brazilian tracksource map too. It worked fine. Better than the original, because it show all the slums " favelas" in red.
