1.first I create all folder and file on PC map.img I add in System then copy it to sdcard (internal storage) after copy I do not find System by PC but find by RE explorer

2.next I test deleate all Garmin folder and file from sdcard by PC it can deleate (RE explorer may can too) I create all folder and file on PC again but add map.img in Map folder then copy to sdcard again System still not find but Map folder I can see it on PC I think better for me when I want to change or add other map I will add in Map folder

Your Garmin folder is stored in phone storage and different from mine. My Garmin folder is stored in external sdcard path "extSdCard".

There is no way that Garmin moves a 2GB map wherever it wants to. Possibly what you see is the basemap which will show major roads.

And if you really want the easy way to see the ".System" folder......just rename it to "System" using your phone's explorer. Add your map and then rename it back when done. It is just that simple.

I cannot find an address icon when clicking where to? How do you enter a street address to search for specifically. When looking at live map I do see the street I am looking for, but when enter into search bar it is not found. Strange. Any help?

The Address Icon is missing after install and I do not see it on the original pics showing install for this post.

It has been mentioned already that the search bar does not function correctly and you have to use the "Address" search shortcut. If you scroll down and it still isn't there then select the "Add Shortcut" icon and add it.

Yesterday I tried SP on the road. As I suspected, it worked well while I followed the route, when I took another street, SP crashed (It closed it self) while it was trying to recalculate. Pitty!

Finally, I got recalculating route works after several installation attempts.

I follow catymag instruction on page 1, I use samsung galaxy note GT-N7000 rooted (Jelly bean 4.1.2) and indonesian map from navigasi.net. It did not work both on internal and external sd card installation.

This morning I installed it back to internal sd card and use official garmin citynavigator Indonesia 2012 (less detail than navigasi.net map). It works!!! I have never been experience crash (streetpilot usually close by itself) when recalculating route.

Is it possible that the method of map is created has an influence on crash? I will try complete citynavigator (JCV and 3D) tomorrow and share the result. Thank you.

Yes Garmin City Navigators don't crash.
