    Have you try renaming the map file to gmapprom.img instead of gmapsupp.img??

    I'm thinking it is the current.gpx file in folder GPX its the one i noticed is updated with I have a location saved

    When I install Street Pilot I already have gmapprom.img in .System folder. I use Street Pilot 2.16, libgarminos.so and libgmtx.so from first post, changed permissions for libgmtx.so as described. Am I doing anything wrong?

    Libgarminos.so needs its permissions changed also. It was forgotten in the first post but can be found here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
