Finally, I got recalculating route works after several installation attempts.
I follow catymag instruction on page 1, I use samsung galaxy note GT-N7000 rooted (Jelly bean 4.1.2) and indonesian map from navigasi.net. It did not work both on internal and external sd card installation.
This morning I installed it back to internal sd card and use official garmin citynavigator Indonesia 2012 (less detail than navigasi.net map). It works!!! I have never been experience crash (streetpilot usually close by itself) when recalculating route.
Is it possible that the method of map is created has an influence on crash? I will try complete citynavigator (JCV and 3D) tomorrow and share the result. Thank you.

I downloaded goodoane's apk but now it doesn't find the gmapprom.img file (the maps). Could you please tell me the folder location where you have the maps located? (I tried every place I could imagine but it doesn't find the maps :/) Originally Posted by panoshm;920041

I had friend with same problem. Folder must be named "Map" he somehow had "Maps"... Originally Posted by SuperSZ

When you copy Garmin folder of 1st post it has gmapprom.img inside folder ".System" which is Hidden Folder, you must change your view setings of your Windows to see it Originally Posted by SuperSZ
This gmapprom.img file is map of Italy, you must delete it.... Then you must put there gmapbmap.img +gmaptz.img + 3dgmap.img + gmapdem.img (see 1st post for details, it has links)
In folder "Map" you can put other maps.... with any filename you want.... for example: CityEurope_2014-10.img------------------------------------------------------------------
