Read the first post. You have to edit the libgarminos file with a hex editor.

I am sorry if I don't understand hex editing. I still cannot fix the battery issue, another issue is the time on SP is behind 1 hour. any fix for this?

1)If you use my files from post n1 you don't have to edit anything, it is already fixed.
    2) copy Timezone map (gmaptz.img) in .System.
    Hint: read post n1

I have said it before but no one ever responds. Point me to the correct libgarminos file that works with your garmin folder location and I will alter the battery info for you.

Note 2 (SCH-N719, 4.1.1): copied the garmin folder to sdcard, as instructed.
Then tied to launch apk. Unrooted version (StreetPilot_216_no_root_sdcard.apk) cannot install, says "Parse Error - There is a problem parsing the package". same with Black Wolfe's version.
    What am I doing wrong?

Probable reason for the parse error:
According to system information apps, the API level of my Note 2 with Android 4.1.1 is 10, only. Seems a special build (I have expected 15).
