Can I copy and apply the edited libgarminos.so directly into a non-rooted device??
Because the device I have is the non-rooted one with OS JB 4.1.2 official.

2.16 extSdCard and 2.16 mntextSdCard is APK file to test install for non root

the last link for edit other if you like

Mixer88 is correct.

Seems you cannot search for an address from the search bar as catymag demonstrated. Streetpilot will never find the address and the search times out. As mixer88 mentioned the only WORKING way to search for an address is to use the "Address" shortcut. Black Wolf stated you can move the address shortcut to the top to make the address search easier for now.

yesterday I have tried my samsung note JB 4.1.2 with streetpilot 2.16 non root version.... on the road....but crash after re-calculation....today I try again with apk streetpilot A80...but crash again after re-calculation.....yes still cannot search address or POI...on the address bar....better using gmapbmap with bigger size file 49MB on .system folder...instead of gmapbmap 19MB...it's more fluid, smooth to look up map....
anyone has experienced same with me??...crash after recalculating ....thx

Thanks you for solving the extSdCard map issue, the link [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] works well on my Galaxy Note 2 JB 4.1.2 official non-rooted.
