I try to had files on my Iphone to GARMIN North America and to add line to 'TargetConfig.plist' and 'settings_general.plist' . I cant save my text in *.plist . I can add new folder and files in it but i cant transfert files from PC in existing folder of Garmin StreetPilot. I was abble to do it before IOS 6 now i download Ifun box 2.1 the latest one and Iexplore the latest one to how supose to be IOS 6 fully supported. I have WIN 7 32 bit. my Iphone 4S is jailed and i have IOS 6.1

could someone help me plse

Any good links to download the map for US? I am using it for my iphone. Cant seem to be able to download from slingfile.

has anyone figured out to get the map layer - 3d buildings working. The files are correct and displayed in map list but when you try to enable it in map layers it tries to download from the server and fails.

How do we get garmin to realise they are already present???

3D buildings layer will work, you must just edit the file settings_defaults.plist under garmin-nav.app folder.
Just look for <key>three_d_building</key> and change this from <false/> to <true/>. After that 3D buildings layer is already enabled by default and you can see 3D buildings on the map. Only you can't switch this layer off anymore, you need again to edit settings_defaults.plist file.

hello...
did someone managed to install poi's on the 2.2 version, and edit the sounds. because on the 2.1 version we can see the poi's icons in the map, they are small but we can see and he warns whit 3 bips and in the 2.2 version i don't see anything or hear.

Thanks for the tip. 3D buildings are working fine with
Garmin Western Europe v2.2.10 3GS os5.1.1.
The only problem I have is simulation and map changing menu. USA plst posted before doesnt work

OK fixed by editing TargetConfig.plist
