Thanks Victor. I was talking about the actual extraction. All sorted now.

A new error however is that even though I (think I) unlocked the .img file; Basecamp says it's still locked and I'm unable to view it on the Nuvi 3590.
I read another post about needing to use a patched version of Basecamp however those links don't seem to work.

Any suggestions? Or is there somewhere I can download unlocked files from?

Found a new link to BC. It now shows the map as 'Not lockable'; which is the same as the default maps on my device.
Now to figure out how to actually see the map on the device - I can only see my old ones...
