Ιt is the 3D terrain for Europe (GmapDEM.img) that by Garmin's mistake was "accidentally" deleted from many devices with the 2015.10 update and then reinstalled.
This was on your device when you first bought it.
If you can see in your map list "Europe DEM" and you can see 3D terrain on your screen, you have no problem now.
