    @Syzygy A while ago I traveled to Hong Kong to see some family I download your offset-corrected and the unlock maps onto my Android streetpilot but there was an offset on both maps. My question is the ported streetpilot for android will that correct the offset with the ".bin" file or will the offset corrected maps fix the problem. Thanks for the help

    I have not used Android StreetPilot before. If it contains the .bin file you mentioned then you should remove it when you use Venus series maps and POIs in China. Otherwise, the .bin file will add shifts to the coordinates generated by your GPS chipset and render the infamous offset problems.
