Yes, I downloaded the file in post #6 CN Europe NT 2014.40-UNITED KINGDOM.rar but then found the separate file for Ireland was needed to cover both "UK and Ireland". So, as you have said, two files needed.

After reading Rayiu's comment (post #101) that the 2014.40 maps might not work correctly on my older nuvi 205W, I found a single file map in version 2014.10 for both "UK and Ireland" and downloaded that one. It seems to be working well on my nuvi.

However I might also try to download the 2014.40 map that Varfolomey has mentioned (post #112) and try it to see if it works correctly with my 205W. It is also a single map that covers both UK and Ireland.

Rayiu's comment (post #101) is not concern the device, it is collision of map only. Forget about Rayiu's comment if you do not want to find 3 historic houses that he mentioned. Now this building(s) was reconstructed and present one big storehouse and it is the reason of confusion in postal addresses but at all it is not problem because new map 2014.40 contain the actual restriction on adjacent streets what was made after reconstruction and is not present on old 2014.10 map. I think, now Rayiu is only planning route and when he will be at this place he understand the reason of collision and confusion too.

nuvi 205W is old device but it give odds to half of new models. For example, could you see route to destination even you are navigated to another route at this time without pressing GO! and without the longest tedious route calculation on new not expensive models? No! Only above 200 bucks would give you this possibility

Be care in map installation and all will be OK!!! This map is special for your device! Garmin do not throw veterans in trouble for exclusion the very old model produced in beginning of century (it must be died but working now in spite of everything and it is Garmin fault - Garmin recognize that and it is fixing a bug in new not longplay devices . For new we have Unicode version...
