If it is a local device, try the full screen as Tom1807 is suggesting in the post above yours. Usually the 7 series files will work in 1xxx ok.
If it's a US/EU device as smokefee is thinking, it only has LA and no JCV as standard splash D1340-30, but it can't use SG/MY jcv files anyway even if a higher splash has been flashed [Asian JCV files cause a crash and reboot error on US/EU jcv-capable 1xxx devices].

Presented below is a patched CN SG/MY 2013.30 JCV file that should work without the need of SG/MY firmware. I have tested it in simulation mode. But I need people living in Singapore or Malaysia to do some road tests to verify the pictures displayed really match the roads and signs at the actual junctions. Thank you for your feedback in advance.
