No, it's there Tom. Just that part 2 was showing as a clickable link, whereas part 1 wasn't. Like this:

I've fixed it now so both parts are clickable.

As to the encryption, i'm unsure but i thought Garmin changed it a while back so that you now need the specific fw to read the jcv file [ie, sg/my will no longer read ph etc].
