Files full list depends on your Life Time subscription ,region and model, I dont use Express.
For Mapupdater there is a Setup.log in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Map Update, where all new downloaded and needed files are listed, files going to be deleted too.
Try to look for it. I guess GE writes something similar.

the last time i used mapuploader it did keep even the old map
i found out to have 2 maps only driving
in short now the garmin update software really suck

i really wonder which jcv would my garmin use!
i have 2 files
