@LolyOfficial gmapprom.img downloaded over mygarmin is smaller then this in first post.
Garmin change something, but what?
Today CNE manifests are the same than some weeks ago, so nothing has changed. (same files MD5)
You can compare,two .xml files attached.
Express or Mapupdater use manifest to download files , you can check in SetupLog.txt at
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Map Update
