It doesnt modify the .img , header infos are the same, probably the other one was unlocked with FIU or Unlocker alternative containing old GMT.exe version and log of locked one is from old Gmaptool version.

Please let us discuss this here (in this thread, despite the fact that this 'Named Trails' search problem occurs with several of the new topo maps, including TransAlpin 2012). This way it is easier to follow the discussion. Maybe we can find out what is going on.
