CXNA 2013.20, is there any way I can join those map into one img? Also, do I need to use FID for all img? thx

I already had cxna 2013.10 img in Garmin \Map folder, do i put all the 2013.20 img in Map folder too? Where does the 3d img for 2013.20 put in? thx
