Hi clovis,
full CX can work with or without CNA and with different CNA version. It's small CX needs the same CN version in nuvi to work.
You can leave your 2013.20 gmapprom.img in internal memory and load full 2013.10 CX in sd along its .unl made for FID 800

This is just my problem, paramas. My 3490 has CNNANT 2013.20 gmapprom.img in internal memory, and I have loaded Full CXNA 2013.10.img and its .unl made for FID 800 in sd\Map, and it not appears in maps index. In other wise, I have CNEUNTU 2013.20 in sd\Map, and Full CXEU 2012.40 NT and its .unl made for FID 800 in sd\Map too, and it appears in maps index, correctely identified. What is wrong? I don't understand. Can anyone help me?
