I would like to report back that now my nuvi 3450 also see CXNA 2013.10 and map 2013.20 in the Map Info. How I got to it works? I had to create 2013.20 map from mapsource. I cannot use pre-made unlock img that was download from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I place CXNA 2013.10 in X:\Garmin\Map --> CXNA.img & CXNA.unl
Now it's work..

It worked for me as well.
It did not work with the liveupdate CNNA 2013.20 in my US nuvi 2555 nor the downloaded CNNA 2013.20.img in my Singapore nuvi 2575.
However, when I tried your method of creating the img file from Mapsource (I did a partial selection to save time for experimentation), CNXA 2013.10 appeared on MyMaps and 'Public Transport' now appears as an option.
